I wrote before that my 3rd great grandmother was Matilda Mooney but that would probably have been the wife of Aaron’s half brother for the Mooney name to pass down. Matilda’s son was Simon Mooney who was my great grandfather. It seems Aaron’s father married two sisters. The first one had Aaron. After she died he married the younger sister who had my ancestor.
